Update ---> issue resolved RE Misleading
After some correspondence back and forth the refunded me fully and explained the difficulty was due the outsourcing of payments, and now i can enjoy this app
and then decide if i wish to upgrade.
if i could rate this at a negative i would. i had been a fan of the mobile app
and when i added an iPad into my life i needed a way to sync my networked
world, so i went to their website, tried the trial desktop app and found i liked it and purchased the app from their website, and here is where the troubles began.
no link was provided until almost 11 hours later, by this time, as the trial app is not activated upon purchase, and to be disposed with, any work done could be lost,
i discovered in their sellers email i could have purchased this app from the apple store and there discovered they offered a Free Option! which i downloaded and requested a refund, 12 hours later i received an email saying they would not refund my money because the refund would benefit apple and not them and added a sorry.
well i am sorry they feel the need to fleece people after having them wait 12 hours.
no apology was offered but an implied message that i was causing them hard ship.
obviously i will not be using this free app even as i paid $33+ dollars for the privilege.
